The purpose of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality inventory is to make the theory of psychological types understandable and useful in people’s lives. The essence of the theory is that the seemingly random variation in people’s  behavior is actually quite orderly and consistent, due to basic differences in the ways individuals prefer to use their perception and judgment. These interactive workshops and trainings helps individuals and organizations understand the four important components of professional development: communication, decision making, change management, and conflict management.

  • Myers-Briggs Workshop for Organizations– This training builds on employee strengths while serving as a practical resource and planning tool that helps individuals apply MBTI type concepts to their professional and personal lives. Tools expand on personality preferences and  information on learning styles, change, and achieving life balance.
  • Embracing Change Using Myers-Briggs Type– The interaction this workshop helps team members understand the impact of type on their response to change and learn to manage their response positively and constructively through better understand of MBTI preferences. 
  • Myers-Briggs Workshop for  Decision-Making Style– Honing and upgrading decision-making skills can make all the difference in the development of an industry leader. This workshop uses type to assist with better decision making. It explores how each preference influences our decision-making style and how the preferences relate to the five core decision-making processes. This workshop spotlights each type’s decision-making strengths, challenges, and areas for development using case studies.
  • Myers-Briggs Workshop for Stress Management– Describes the impact of stress on personality characteristics and provides tips for leveraging strengths to deal with stress effectively. The materials explore life “In the Grip” of stress.
